Are you open to the public?Our retail store is open to the public. Located at 132 Hulme Street, Mt Holly, NJ 08060. Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm EST.

What are your business hours?Wholesale is open from Monday through Saturday from 5am to 5pm EST. Retail is open from Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm EST. Closed Sundays and most public holidays. *Due to COVID-19, wholesale hours are now 8am-5pm EST.

Do you sell gift certificates?Yes, we do. You can purchase gift certificates at our retail store or by contacting us.

How can I signup for weekly specials?You can signup for our weekly specials by submitting your email through our signup form located below.

Are you hiring?At the moment there are no open positions; however, please send your resume to info@bigcatchinc.com so we'll have it on file in case an opportunity opens up.

What forms of payments do you accept?We accept cash, credit/debit cards, contactless payments and SNAP/ EBT.

What is your return policy?We strongly encourage all customers to check their purchases before leaving the store. If you have any feedback regarding your in-store purchase, please contact us immediately or within 24hrs of the receipt timestamp. Due to the time-sensitivity of perishable goods, all decisions involving refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of the store manager. ​All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, government-issued identification and with the items in original condition (e.g. uncooked, unopened, uncut, etc.). Please note that all refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used.

Where does Big Catch source its seafood?We work with responsible and reputable suppliers to ensure our seafood is fresh and sustainably sourced. Our selection includes both local and internationally sourced seafood.

Do you support sustainable fishing practices?Yes! We prioritize seafood that is sourced through eco-friendly and responsible fishing methods to help protect our oceans.

Do you accept special orders?We offer special orders for seasonal and holiday seafood, such as seafood platters and specialty items. These are available during select times of the year.

How do I place a holiday order?Holiday order forms are available in-store and online during the holiday season. Orders should be placed in advance to secure availability.

Can I request a specific type of seafood?We do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability. Call us or visit the market to check on specific items.

Do you offer wholesale seafood for restaurants and businesses?Yes! We are a wholesale distributor in addition to our retail market. We supply fresh seafood to restaurants, caterers, and other businesses.

Is there a minimum order for wholesale purchases?Yes, minimum order requirements vary depending on the type of seafood and quantity. Please contact our wholesale team for specific details.

How do I place a wholesale order?To place a wholesale order, please call our wholesale office. New customers are required to fill out a credit application before placing their first order. We recommend placing orders in advance for guaranteed availability.

What are your Retail Market Hours?Our retail market is open Tuesday – Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Do you post specials?Yes! We post our specials on our Facebook page and send updates through our email list. Be sure to check back often for fresh deals!

Do you only sell local seafood?No, we source our seafood from a variety of locations to ensure the freshest selection possible. We work with trusted suppliers to bring you high-quality seafood from both local and global sources.

Do you take preorders?Yes, we accept preorders! However, please note that our cutting room closes at 4:30 PM, so any special cutting requests must be placed before then. If you're ordering peeled and deveined shrimp, they must be called in ahead of time, as they will not be cleaned in the market. Give us a call to place your preorder!
